QTP 3" Electric Cutout with Stainless Y pipe

WOrked awesome I didnt even clean it. Will require a wiring kit from qtp mine dropped when removing onto the hot exhaust and melted some wiring so i threw it out. The connection from the cutout is perfect. Includes 3" stainless Y pipe and a section of stainless pipe too.

Not sure what you mean by that. When it's closed yes it is sealed.
