Will that cam clear PTV on your engine?
I would guess you should make close to 450rwhp.

Christmas either came late... or early. Post up pics of the install for us.
On the side: Spent 3 years in Ada back in the early '90s -- we were always over in Lima looking for good eats or for something to do. Tripped back out there last spring for the first time. Looks like a lot has changed in 18 years.

it shouldnt have any PTV clearance problems talked to texas speed ..really if depends on ur heads i couldnt run the ls6 2.5 cuz of PTV but the PRC 215 heads will work with the ms4 cam.... stock heads are fine also no PTV problems i was sorta hoping an was told by someone around 470-480
........anyone know any dyno charts for about the same setup?i looked i really couldnt find anything.

You can look through this thread and you might find someone with an exact set-up and what numbers they put down.

A little oil leak won't affect the tune. Make sure to keep it topped off and fix that leak as fast as you can tho

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Depends on where it is leaking from....
But likely not with where his issue is.
As for the PTV clearance....that cam is too close for comfort for my liking.
As for the dyno numbers with it....if a car (mostly talking about F-Body's) is set-up to utilize the powerband it won't dyno 470RWHP.
It may with a stock rear and stock gears though. But she ain't gonna run they way she should.

ok yea the only reason im going to run it with the leak is cuz the guy is coming from columbus its like i think 2 hour away hes got others to do also an in less than a month hes moving to flordia ..which sucks cuz hes good..
i got every thing from texas speed an they asured me there is no ptv issuses an the car runs an sounds awesome ...found a guy running same setup only he had the 92 fast an i got the 102 fast an he was putting down 488 on the dyno texas speed says the 102 is a 8 rwhp gain with the 102 proved by testing..so im hoping for 496 rwhp...well see tho getting dyno when the performance school opens up here in a couple of months....will let ya all know what it put down when i do it

If you are hoping for 496 rwhp you are going to be VERY disappointed.

@ concern over hp numbers .........there is only 1 thing you should worry about when modding a car with a cam etc...and that is ET.
