I've fingerprinted many a PA resident for FLA CCW's. I've heard that's the busiest department in FLA government.
PA CCW's going for $46 for plastic or $25 for a paper one.

Just for the sake of clarity ..... if you are going to carry in your home state with a Non-Res CCW license....never ever CCW within a 1000' of a school. The Federal Law is very clear here. You must have a CCW license from your state of residence. If you are driving past a school....get pulled over for any reason and have a concealed weapon and a Non-Res out of state license....you have just committed a felony. At a store within a 1000' of a school...at a friends house within a 1000' of a school....same thing. Be very careful carrying concealed without a CCW license from your home state and just having a Non-Res out of state license folks.
From Utah FAQ's.....
I am a Texas resident. Can I legally carry in Texas with a Utah CFP if I don’t have a Texas CHL?
Yes. Texas recognizes the validity of the Utah non-resident permit. You are not required to get a Texas license to legally carry in Texas.
Why would I get a Texas CHL if I can get the Utah permit for less money?
There are a few disadvantages to a non-resident permit.
First, you will not be legal to carry in states that do not recognize a non-resident permit. (Florida, Colorado, New Hampshire)
You will not be able to bypass the instant background check when you buy a firearm from a licensed dealer.
You do not have benefit of the exemption from the federal “gun-free school zone” law that a resident permit holder has.
