can't even take a toyota through a car wash...

SOUTH DENNIS — A local woman was taken to Cape Cod Hospital yesterday after being accidentally dragged through a Route 134 car wash, public safety officials said.
The incident, which took place at about 1 p.m., occurred after Carol Burton-Groman, 74, of South Yarmouth got out of her 2008 Toyota Matrix at the Shell gas station car wash, fire and police officials told the Cape Cod Times.
After she left the car, the car-wash mechanism engaged the vehicle as designed, Dennis police Capt. William Monahan said.
Burton-Gorman then either grabbed the car or became otherwise entangled with the vehicle, Monahan said. She was able to free herself, but the car came out the other end of the car wash and rolled down an embankment before colliding with a rock in front of the South Dennis Post Office, Monahan said.
