I love greens....no matter what kind they are. I remember my grandpa picking and cooking collard greens when I was a kid....loved those things and haven't had them in years.

My grandad always grew mustard and turnip greens, they're not as bitter as collard. Mustard greens are my choice. We always have them at Christmas and Thanksgiving. Damn it, now I want some greens...
