$1800 monster
i bought this car from countryside IL, and since then i've murdered a 95 ss impala, got a 04 gto by a half of car in a marked 1/4 mile race, held off a 2010 r/t challenger, beat a ss cobalt. about a week ago i posted a thread on me racing a stock 5spg 03 gt. my car has no visual mods the guy i bought it from said nothing about mods. i'ts the ugliest 93 z on this forum. just loud as hell. but to my kill story i beat the 03 gt by 2 1/2 cars all the way up to 120ish i shut down because a c6 vette not sure z06 or z51 but i shot past me and rocked my car so i got scared and hit the brakes, but me and my uncles agree that this car can't be stock i cad get 150 mph with lots of rpm to spare. what do you guys thing.

put it on a dyno, that's really the only for sure way you'll know what the car is doing w/o opening her up. Or try asking the previous owner

i mean no offense but that rap sheet isnt anything to brag about. 94 imapala ss not to impressive, ss cobalt not to impressive(most cases), 03 gt not to impressive, running with and r/t not to impressive, but i am surpirsed you out ran a gto . not tryin to knock ya or anything dude but try and run another lt1 or even an ls1 to see where your at. id call the guy you bought it from up and ask what he did to it. if he's a decent guy i dont see why he wouldnt let you know what you've got in your own car

Agreed. Dyno it or run a bone stock LT1 to see where you're at. Take into consideration traction issues between the both of you to decipher the results a little more closely. I had two 94 formulas, one was a t-top A4 (shift kit) and the other a hardtop M6. I almost tore the trans out of that car just staying side-by-side w/ the A4. And the A4 had a CAI, Blowmaster, P&P TB, and Hypertech. All mostly BS mods. But if the A4 EVER got the slight jump, it kept that slight pull all the way, no matter how well I shifted. Partly due to the rebuilt trans and the shift points and shift firmness being reset.
Run it against the same car. Dyno numbers are dyno numbers. If you wanna see the power, go to the dyno. If you wanna see what it can do, go to the track!

Thats funny when my 04 gto was almost stock I beat a 2010 challenger RT with no problems.(by a couple car lengths 2-3).

Impy ss is an LT1. Just hella lot heavier. If I were you, just go hit up the track and see what you run. not sure what avg 93 Z would run or trap though. That should give you an inkling how your car compares to a normal Z.

I have to admit the 93Z M6 i had was very fast and suprised me plenty. I was able to easily take down a 96 WS6 M6 with more mods and killed my friends firebird A4 by several cars in 2nd gear pull only from low rpms to the top. I think the 93's even though they are rated with 275hp with one less cat and after that they added a extra cat and upped the power by 10hp. For the 93's they have a better cam and respond really well to mods i think, im sure there are some very knowledgable people here that can be more accurate and specific.

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
^I'm guessing you have 2.73 gears and 14.6 might be about right with that gear and larger, heavier wheels. Best I ever got out of my 96 Z28 vert when it was stock was a 14.2 and it had 3.23 gears.

QSM- 2004 Pontiac GTO
he says he beat a stock GT by 2-3 car lengths and got a 04 GTO by half a car length. LOL a stock GT would get murdered by like 10 car lengths or more to 120 by a STOCK 04 GTO <--- DOESNT ADD UP!

Not to bash on the 99-04 Mustang GT's but with full bolt ons they will give a LT1 a good run but beating it by 2-3 cars and then beating a 04 GTO by 1/2 a car then it must have had some serious issues with traction since its going to have a uphill battle with no traction in a 1/4 mile race. Highway speeds 50+mph and higher it would be a easy pull for a GTO even if its a 04. There too many scenarios here one you raced the GT up to 120mph and 2 is that you raced the GTO up to a 1/4 mile so having different types of races, depending on starting speed, traction and driver and so on anything could happen.
