Need Tuning
Installing PRC 5.3 heads, torquer 2 cam, long tubes, and x pipe. Need a good reliable tune in the houston area. Who do you recomend? Will maintain stock gears and torque converter for now.

Nelsons Performance is in Texas, I think its near Houston.
Any tuner is going to tell you that the stock stall with that camshaft is not going to be fun. You should consider upgrading.370 CI - Twin 6766 Turbo - Jakes stage 5 4L80E - MWC 9" - Holley Dominator

You need to ditch that stock stall. I wouldn't tune that combo on a stock stall, but I'm not sure what other tuners would say about that.

Agreed with both the above, you need a new stall. Probably somewhere about 3500-4000 range.

I plan to upgrade 3400 stall and 342 gears in about 6 months. This is a budget build. Could it be tuned to atleast be driveable.

In the past I have burned up hours to make half-way builds partially driveable. You may get it to idle, but you will have to stand on the brakes to keep the car from pushing you down the road whenever it's in gear.
If you had talked to your tuner first, I am sure that he (and for that matter, the board members here) would have told you to do the converter BEFORE those mods because you need it.
Either way, if you tune it now the results will be very poor and you will be unhappy. It blows the budget idea out of the water because once the stall goes in, you will have to pay to have it retuned a second time.
