Help identifying song

If someone who knows could tell me the name and/or artist of this song, I would greatly appreciate it.

I believe the song is part of the soundtrack for the movie Gladiator or something similar, but haven't been able to find anything on it yet.

Yep, I do.

As a musician, my appreciation of different types of music is very diverse.

And I'm comfortable enough with my sexuality to the point where I don't have to listen to screaming-death-rock 24/7 to prove my "manliness", which is the impression I get of some of the members on this forum.

I agree with you. As a musician you really appreciate almost all styles of music that actually take talent. You can differ the catchy from the skilled. That's the kind of music I like. Music theory, and people who understand notes and chrods as well as dissonance and timbre.
