Every time it rains my passenger side gets soaked, the seat an the door panel dont get wet at all, but the back floor board will have standing water an the font floor board will be soaked its really starting to become a pain, and yes my window is rolled up all the way but any ideas would be great im pretty sure its not the weather stripping...

You don't have t-tops, correct? First off, check your weatherstripping. Make sure that both the contact surface is in good shape, and the it is properly secured to the frame. Next check to make sure your window is sealing properly against it. There is a guide on top of the door, under the panel, that will move the window in and out. It's unlikely, but worth checking while the panel is off the door, that the drain holes in the bottom of the door panel are clear and draining properly. Check these first, then get back to us.
