Is there a device or a way to wire my after market deck to work with the steering wheel Controls? Sure would be nice if i could. i hate having to look down when driving.

Most Eclipse,Alpine,Pioneer,Kenwood,Jensen etc have an adapter to let you still use the controls. It just depends on what deck you bought. You will need to check with vendor you bought your deck from. You can always try Crutchfield but they tend to make via model not just a generic adapter.
