possible shift/clutch/tranny problem?
Here’s the deal, yesterday night when I was leaving work I was just shifting from first to second usually before it goes into gear theres a slight resistance (normal) and it clicks right into gear and im driving no prob… but last night and since then its been feeling like 2 slight resistances, two “clicks” if you will to get in to gear (no sound of clicking but it feels like it lol)
Other than that the car runs normally.. could this be a worn clutch problem? A tranny problem? I’m kinda nervous to say it almost feels like a quick grind…kinda hard to explain.
Its got the factory hurst shifter with a shift eliminator if that makes a difference any body know what this is or if its normal?
Ps if it could be related to the clutch in any way I would understand cause Ive been saying I needed to replace the clutch since I bought the car..2001 Camaro SS M6 SLP LMII, Lid

What's the weather like where you are? It seems like my T56 feels a little more knotchy when its cold outside.

I'm in New York and its starting to get cold here too. I drive my 99 Z28 daily, year round, rain, snow (not fun in snow
) etc. When the weather gets cold, things start to act funny, especially trans/clutch. I've had the same issue since I've bought it. Two of my friends have T56 equipped cars (C6 and a LS2 Goat), they have the same cold weather T56 issues as well. I'm almost convinced its just the nature of it, weather gets warm, everything feels better.
