this guy goes on to tell you that he is a cop and dont try anything. he said that other have attemped to scam him . he says he only takes the car out on sundays. it gets better: then he tells you where he lives and when he works. you must want someone to steal it. dont forget his small rant on fords
i just want to ask him some question but i just dont know what to say. maybe you guys will come up with something clever.

according the my friend, he has the same powers as anyone else in the State.
