a/c problems
any one on hear an a/c tech!!!....I have a 94 lt1 camaro..when I am driving down the road I can hear and feel my a/c cylce on and off...I have checked the hi and low pressure both are at normal psi...I also replaced the filter drier and the expansion valve...(I pulled a vacuum for two-three hours after replacing these parts) the a/c is cold it just seems to cycle on/off way to often probably every minute or so..but in never seems to lose any coldness from the vents. is this normal? I did put UV dye in for leak detection.. could the UV dye in the system cause this problem?

It might need a little removed. Driving, it's pumping faster, and the radiator & condensor are hotter. Probably the high presure cycling.

I cycled it at 2500 rpms as well it looked to maintain sustainable pressures....but I'll give it one more go...this info might help someone trouble shoot.... The other day I tried to charge when it was extremely humid outside....the pressure would drop to 25 pounds on the lowside and cycle off the go up to 40 pounds and cycle on...the entire time at idle.. so I read the manual and it said if the doors are shut it can cause the compressor to cycle off. the next day I left the doors open to test the pressures and the pressure stayed stable and didnt cycle off at idle or when I reved it up.
