Phone Company Dicks

My mom never hits end on our phone, she just puts it back on the holder and it hangs up automatically. Well, no problems for years and years till this month. Apparantly on a long distance call it didn;t sit right in the holder. Anyone every make a 182.76 dollar call before. lol. Thirteen hours!!

We complained but got no leeway. Switching to cell phones only now. Dick fucks.

Been cell phone only for a long time...why pay for more than one phone bill?

hell im not even all that happy with my cell carrier as far as the billing aspect is concerned. Yeah its partially my fault though, i get overages pretty regularly. Inotherwords i forget to pay the bill. But shit, i been a long time customer and i have enough add ons as is, i end up paying 2 months of phone bills sometimes and it comes out to like 200 bucks. Yeah its MY fault, but fuck how bout the fillings out of my teeth while you're at it. In general tellecommunications and cable company customer service is probably the worst out of any service industry IMO

that an excellent point. for my parents, i can see how they would want a land line but hell if you are born in the 1980s, you dont need land lines anymore. anybody important that would be calling you gets your cell number.

we keep a land line just to give out to utility companies and stuff like that....plus, I like to keep the land line so the fire dept., police dept, campaign people, kidney foundation, and people like that can call me all the time and beg for money.

the police department has called the house here nearly everyday for 2 months now, i shit you not. I know almost within pinpoint accuracy when they call. Totally obnoxious

Yeah I missed a couple of my cell phone bills and then decided I wasn't responsible enough to remember so I enrolled in auto pay. Bills my credit card every month automatically, granted you have to watch the statements really close to make sure they don't add shit to it or screw up.
