New Cat touches Fuel Line !!
Has anyone here ever installed a set of pacesetter headers with thier matching TSP catted Y-pipe on an F-body.
It doesn't seem to fit at all. It hangs LOWWWWW, and its about 2.5" too long to bolt up to my corsa cat back system.
But the big issue is that the cat on the drivers side is sitting so that it runs across the fuel and brake lines, with maybe a quarter inch of clearence. This doesn't sound good to me.
I asked my exhaust guy if he had the y-pipe on upside down and he swears that he tried it the other way and it didn't fit at all.
Currently the way it sits, the drivers side cat is the one that is farther back towards the rear and the one having the issue...the passenger side cat sits nicely under what appears to be a large heat shield and has TONS of clearance.
Any advice welcome...

Can't answer about your setup but with my Kook's I swapped the plastic clips holding the fuel/brake lines in the transmission tunnel. Unbolt them, turn them upside down, put your lines back in the plastic clips (make the new top a little larger for the larger fuel line), and reinstall. I did it by myself but with someone helping it will be much easier to hold the clips and thread the bolt at the same time. This will gain close to a couple of inches of clearance.

I thought about doing that...but they are going to be damn close to jamming against that (can't remember name) 4' long triangulated bar that mounts off the transmission right in that location.

That long bar is the torque arm.
