I heard this from a friend, a friend who does a lot of talking...and most of the time I tune it out.

Anyways, he told me he saw on cnn(which is complete BS this guy wouldn't watch cnn if his eyes were clipped open and he was forced to watch it) that the gov't passed a new bill.

I forget the name of the bill but it was like gas guzzler bill or some shit. Anyways, the government will give you up to 4500 dollars for you're old car IF you buy a new car with a better fuel mileage. This sounds fishy to me. Any information would be appreciated as my bro has a car he wants to get rid of.
