I have a 98 Trans am non ws6. I was wondering if anyone had this installed and if it will fit on a car without the ws6 hood? what did you think of it?

I got the Volant but could not tell you if it would fit on a stock hood with out ram air????? If I was you, I would give Volant a call and let them know what hood you have and see what they say!

Arctic White- 1999 WS.6 Trans Am
the volant was actually designed on a stock trans am without the ws6 hood... so it'll fit, it's what it was originally made for

thats what i figgured, because the difference in airboxes is the bottom height, and on the OEM ws6 hoods, just behind where the volant seals, there is a dent taken out for where the added height from the box is accounted for....
