Where the cheapest place to get hawk brake pads?

Well my friend needs new brake pads for his Camaro he wants to go with Hawk brake pads I was wondering where cheapest place to get them? Also weirdest thing I changed brakes on many cars but for what ever reason my friend and I could not get the bolts off that hold caliper on his car.I think some one put locktight on them

. Can some one recommend me what to do too get them off? I do not want to strip the bolts trying to get them off.

just spray a little liquid wrench on there and it should loosen up. On the inside of that bolt there is a nut type thing so make sure you use a box wench on that. good luck
