cam heads combo ???

my buddy just bought 2002 camaro m6 hes looking for a good cam heads combo something that will increase hp and tq what do do u guys recommend? thanks

Better ask for hp goals
224/224 112lsa ported 5.3's 410-420hp
230/230 112 lsa 5.3 or 243's 430-440 hp
This also means headers
a 224 just under 400 hp
230 right at or above 400hp
a 224 is the all around good small cam and the 230 is the biggest before you start flycutting stuff.

The 515 is rated at the Flywheel. Trick Flow will tell you that if you ask them! So they really are pretty close with their numbers.

But there kit is around 3g's though right? Cheaper to get some used combos on ls1tech.com

ya i was gunna try and sell my cam but theres a small flat spot on it now, prob cost to much to fix, now its my new beating stick

I went with lingenfelters cnc'd heads and the gt -11 comp ground cam and love it. HUGE gain in power at every rpm. 1850$ No dyno #'s yet but id say its around the 400 mark.
