you can see the ass end start to come out from under him and then he over corrected. I would wonder about something going wrong with that passenger front tire and causing the backend to start coming around. That and it's clearly jacked up from that pic but that could be a result of cranking that wall. Either way it looks very expensive.
those are ohio plates too.
