Cheap T-Top Covers

Just to let you guys out there that (like me) don't want to spent 200$ on T-top shades cover them yourself. I was originally going to do 2 5% layers of tint on the tops but when i went to autozone i found some Carbin Fiber racing strips (don't look ricer or gay btw lol) and cut them up and put them on the inside of my tops. they look AWESOME from the outside of the car and they look pretty cool on the inside of the car too. My point is, to get creative with the covers.there are plenty of options of materials to cover them with. I bought 2 rolls to do it. 10$ each. Ill try to get some pic.s up soon.

Aren't your T-tops shaded from the factory already???

I know my wifes T-top car shading from the factory is so dark,,,my head doesn't even get sunburnt (yes I'm bald)

If I take them out I better have a hat on

I guess if these cars change hands a few times the factory shades wind up missing????
We never use ours and didn't know they were that expensive. I've seen a few on the board here forsale in the $30-$40 range.

Pfft...I took my velcro off of my tops and sold the shades...I only drive Nymphadora if the weather is good enough to have the tops OFF.
