Crashed the Z!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I'm on my way to the store yesterday when some asshole cuts me off so I swerve into the other lane and the guy in front of me locks up his brakes because the guy in front of him was turning into a parking lot and bam! I was just so pissed because my front tires just slid cuz they're crap but anyways, my bumper and hood's gone (good time for an SS
), and my core support is pretty messed up on the passenger side. Im wondering what you guys think on me staightening it or what. I don't wanna put a claim in on insurance cuz it'll go sky high
Do you guys think I should try it myself, take it somewhere, or just screw it. Any help is really appreciated thanks.

you hit someone, right? if so you have to make a claim. and good luck getting an ss hood, they are only providing them per an ss vin number unless you buy one used

If you don't have to make a claim, just pick up a bumper and an SS hood. You should be able to fix the support yourself. It should work out ok. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
A friend of mine also said if you go aftermarket new on the bumper, it is lighter because they use cheaper materials and less of it. I don't know how true this is."I am the executioner. When a crime is committed and the exalted state does not take vengeance nor move to punish, then comes time for the executioner to declare himself. I have waited long enough. The criminals are hereby sentenced to death. By fire. By earth. By water."

the bumper i am not too sure about but the ss hood can be lighter if you go aftermarket but will be similar weight if not heavier if you get oem. i would expect the bumper to be a big difference just because its plastic/fiberglass to begin with.

If you dont feel comfortable doing the work yourself, go around to some of your local body shops and see what they will charge. Just let them know your coming out of pocket and they will give you a cheaper price as compared to insurance.
