Is this a rip off or what?
I was looking for Camaros and Trans Ams on Craigslist, and i stumbled across this gem. I've driven by this "dealership" many times. Seems like a rip off to me, judging by the mileage and those awesome SS badges.
Opinions?

Yeah it has the hood, wheels, and spoiler, but something about it doesn't look like an SS! Besides the engine it almost looks like a V6 from the look of it.

I was reading the description, and it says it has a new engine. I am by no means interested in this vehicle, as the one i want to by will definitely have less than 50k on it, and be all original. Plus, i want a WS.6. But i just think its crazy that they're trying to sell this thing for as much as they are, with $2,500 down to boot!
And i know what you mean about not looking like an SS. I got that feeling when i started looking at it as well.

they cant even spell CONVERTIBLE correctly.
It might be a real ss they just changed the badges? Some owners are idiots. I mean heck, we got a member on this site that paints his fuckin batteries red to look like an optima. hahaha I would think that dealer isn't smart enough and or willing to spend the money to put an ss hood and spoiler on the rear of that car, no? either way its a definite rip off for the year and mileage. I bet you could get a nice NEWER ws6 for cheaper then that

Even in Canada it wouldn't be more than 10k but here it will rarely go under 10k unless it is beat to s..t
