Car Stalled, Help!!!
As a result of it pouring like crazy today here in Baton Rouge, I tried driving through some water and my car stalled (97 Trans Am). Ran a diagnostic, the only code it shows is "P0103 Mass Airflow circuit high frequency".
Could it be the opti?
I dunno where to start

It stalled, as in, it stoped and then u started it back up? Or it stalled as in it stopped and WONT start back up and u got it towed.
2nd question is do u have full coverage?
I try to avoid water in general (in the car that is ). I HATE rain. If its raining, i wont drive. If i have no choice, i drive like a old ass man. If there is a big puddle GO SLOW or change lanes.

Sounds like the engine may have sucked water and killed the MAF sensor itself.

If you got water in the Opti, it is fried.
Sorry dude.

Will it crank? Or just Click? If it will crank I'd also suspect the opti. But if the starter just clicks, pull your plugs(all of them) and pull your fuel pump fuse and then crank it, you may have hydro-locked your engine, that should clear out the water from the cylinders. Don't forget to drain your oil too, large amounts of water can seep down into the oil pan past your rings. I had it happen on an '86 Iroc I had about 6-7 years ago. It also fried the IAC.
