which fiberglass hood is the best!!
i am looking to buy hood for my SS.i checked out alot of brand names.but i read some not being properly shaped and don't fit right etc..so what company has best SS hood.i was thinking about the duraflex.what you guys think?

Opinions will vary. It all depends on the shop prepping the hood. Remember, the hood needs to be fitted, sanded, primered, then painted for best results. Unless the hood is carbon fiber or FRP, which need no pre-install prep work.

Red-ish- 1992 Z28
OEM is the best bet for proper fit. I've heard good things about VFN although no personal experiance.

Had one, or what I was told was one, and I just could not get it to fit right. OEM or never again for me.

If your doing a ss hood, try slp. I find that they have the closest ss hood on the market.
