Do you need to re-tune after a gear swap?
If I end up getting a gear swap from 3.23 to 3.73, do I need to have anything else done to the car, like re-tuning, or is it just plug & play?
If there is extra work, how much does it cost?

You just need to get your speedo recalibrated.
