Vacuum Line Question
I am putting my intake back on after replacing the knock sensors. Besides the AIR system, what else connects to that port? I would like to just cap it off on the back of the manifold now as it is easy to get to.

Air Vacuum Hose *, Break booster and HVAC
The HVAC is the hard small plastic line and it connects to the bottom port.
You need all of it and will need to connect it all back. unless you don't want breaks or AC?

Well I guess I have to provide for the HVAC line, this is Florida, it's 10,000 degrees out!
But I will kill the AIR System line now instead of going back in later.
Thanks!

If you eliminate the AIR just remove the T on the back of the intake and just connect the small line for the HVAC. Is the small tubing going to the passenger side firewall area.

hey, quick question, if the vaccum tube that connects to the MAP is damaged (cracked by an idiot installing an LS6 manifold...) will this cause weird running conditions like surgin idling and stumbling when punched at WOT?

I want to say yes because it is an opening in the vacuum. You can try to get a similar size tubing and try to make a fix.
