Long shot
I have a Pioneer DEH-45DH that I am installing , but cant find my wiring diagram. by any chance do any of you happen to have one of these as well?

^^^That is the best idea. Some harnesses will just plug right into the radio without any splicing.

Use a wiring harness and pay a stereo shop to bypass your factory amp. This ensures that when you add your own amps the speakers will work properly. Factory amp pushes bass to the backseat speakers.

the adapter harness I have has the plugs that go into the cars factory plugs for the radio, I just had to splice the wires that came from the adapter to the wires coming from the stereo. I was fine until I got to the speaker part,it took a bit longer but I figured it out.
It is in the car,sounds great,and even picking up stations I never heard before.
