question about radiator/ac condenser on my 96 LT1

my ac compressor set up so i ditched AC. i have the radiator and AC condenser out of the car. i want to know if i can leave the condenser out of the car or if it is designed to be installed with the radiator. the reason i asked is because it seems like it was locked in with the radiator as if they both need to be in place to support each other? has anybody done this and left out the condenser????

thanks in advance for any input!

seems like you should be able to run without the condenser...unless some modification to the radiator support is necessary.....
