I went 130 pretty much stock with my wife in the car, went 130 in the GTO, and the dumbest one was racing a car late one night on the freeway. After I had hit the brakes slowing down I looked down and was still over 140......t-tops were out for that one. Not sure where I peaked on that one but it had to be in the 150 range.

Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
Just leave it in 5th gear and go to the rev limiter. 6th gear is just for MPG. it is a .050 gear and you may not have enough HP to use it for top end.

black- 2001 camaro ss
did 160+ in the last SS with the T tops off. was only planning on getting to 120 then I saw a really unhappy piece of Bacon on. . . . my uhh. . . closed course. think we were playing cops and robbers. lol, mostly stock just had intake, tuner, and some free mods and a zex dry kit (75shot). piggie gave up. Havent taken this one past track speeds before i shipped it to hawaii. CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT THIS ONE WILL DO WITH NEW CAM SUPPORTING MODS AND TUNE

I hit 160+ the other week racing a GT500. He only had me by 3-5 cars. We were still going but I had enough at that speed. I am running a cam(with supporting mods), full suspension, and 3.90's.

yeah, I know our cars get a little squirrely up above 100, then usually settle back down, ive just never had the balls to push it past that point.

well it wasn't my fastest run, but i came back from berlin yesterday. good weather and light traffic, so about half of the way i went around 110 to 120mph. it's about 140 miles from berlin to hamburg, and about half of that has no speed limit.

I think I did 125 in my 3.8 and 140 in my Z28. Smooth flow intake and cat back exhaust.

my girlfriend took them. at these speeds my eyes are on the road! although up to 120 it's still pretty relaxed. i went 155 in this car, and that's when the road becomes pretty narrow. weird that it makes such a difference, but it does to me. my usual cruising speed is around 100mph, quick enough for me.
