they totally lost it - what kind of message are you sending your team when you bench all of the starters with the amount of time left in the game that there was???? I'd be ashamed to be a Pats fan last night.

Who knows, maybe they are destined to go all the way but history has shown the odds are against them.
It wouldn't be so bad if they did lose 1, would eliminate that ridiculous pressure that would come with going 19-0.

I wouldn't call either of those teams "pretty good". 5 of the packers 7 wins were twice against detriot, cleveland, st louis, and chicago. Those are games they should've won because none of those teams are even close to .500

Baltimore is barely a .500 team and 3 of their 6 wins were KC and Cleveland twice. I will say baltimore is an up and down team and you don't know who's going to show up. If the good baltimore shows you'll have a fight on your hands.

Pittsburgh ain't the same team right now. They're struggling but when everyone is healthy and on I'd take that bet against the vikings.

Of course I am blinded my bias for the Cowboys so it will probably look like this:

AFC Championship game - Patriots vs Colts, Colts by 10

NFC Championship Game - Saints vs Vikings, Saints by 7
I am a Dallas fan. Dallas has nothing for the Vikings or the Saints, nothing. When Dallas goes to New Orleans in a couple weeks, it gonna be ugly. Dallas has a tough schedule left, I would not be totally shocked if they lose 4 of the 5 and don't even make the playoffs. They have recent history of collapsing in December. If they do manage to get into the playoffs, they will lose their first game anyways. Tony "Choke" Homo guarantees that.

I agree. I don't think Romo is the right QB there. He's a decent QB but he's missing that edge that separates good QB's from great QB's. It could be as simple as personel too, maybe he just needs a different group of wide outs to make the difference.
I think the only team in the NFL that can beat the saints is the saints. If they lose a game it'll be a self inflicted wound. No one is going to outscore them when they're firing on all cylinders and their D is slowly proving they can hang. They have a weak spot for the run game so the vikes will definitely have that edge but can you rush for enough yards to overcome their scoring ability? Remains to be seen. At some point you have to go to the air against them I think and their DB's are ball magnets. The NFC playoffs are going to be as good or better than the superbowl this year I think.

I dunno - the Packers shut out Dallas for 3 1/2 quarters. They might be surging at the right time.....and trust me, I despise the Packers, but they've been playing better. When you have a top 5 QB in the league on your team that's been sacked 44 times, that's saying something to have a 100+ QB rating. Their real tests will be against Pittsburgh and the Ravens to see if they are playoff material, or not.

I don't think you're giving the Ravens nearly enough credit. They've beaten the Chargers and the Broncos (I know b.f.d on the Broncos), and the games they've lost have been VERY close against quality teams; including the Colts and the Vikings. They should've won the Vikings game, I'm glad Matt Stover isn't still with the Ravens. Lastly, the Ravens stand a good chance of running the table and end up 11-5.

Okay. I'll also bet you they don't get two turnovers and score 14 points defensively against the Vikings if they play again too. Rest assured, if they don't get any defensive scores against the Vikings in a rematch, they will not win.

I think the Vikes are a little bit better than they were when they met the Steelers the first time, and I think the Steelers have slipped a little.

Saints are going to be damn tough to beat, no doubt about it. I think this year's SuperBowl winner will definitely come out of the NFC since I think the best two teams in the league are in the NFC.

Oh, and by the way, I know of only one weakness the Saints have............and that IS their field goal kicker. He's terrible!

What's with the sarcasm on the Broncos? Yeah, they haven't played spectacular as of late, however, they have beaten 4 division leaders(alright, the Bengals was lucky), but still.

I don't see anyone going into New Orleans and beating the Saints, nor do I see anyone going into Minnesota beating the Vikings. I would love to see the 2 of them play on a neutral field, but that won't happen. Right now the Saints have the home field edge and its probably going to stay that way unless the Falcons give the Vikes one hell of a xmas present.

There is no sarcasm with the Broncos. I just don't think that they're a contender, that's all.

As far as the Bengals win, a football is shaped funny for a reason.........it takes odd bounces, etc, etc, and anything can happen.
