I agree, but I would not move for money unless it was pretty significant, I would move for a better opportunity to move towards my goal. The job I have now has many perks; one including half-days on Fridays and I get along with 95% of the employees I work with really well.

I also have a contract with them for school that is prorated. If I leave within 1 year, I have to pay a certain percentage back. Within 2 years, the same. After 2 I owe no debt to them.

It does not matter what you make, it's what you save that counts. My 17 year old son has been working since April and has $2,500 in the bank. He only makes $8.20 an hour. I know he does not have any really expenses, but he needs to learn to save. He wants a camaro really bad, but I told him he has to have $5,000 in the bank before we will even talk about it.

I can;t agree with you more I make $140k but because of my bad spending I live paycheck to paycheck
