At least I'm sleeping now. Last semester I was lucky if I got 2 hours a night. Perhaps it's all this running I'm doing, tiring out my body enough to sleep well.

I have fought that shit for years, I have endless energy, I never tire out when working or doing physical activity. And I can be dead ass tired, 2 hours sleep the night before, get home, get on the interweb and here comes more energy.


Now if I get still for a while(watching a movie perhaps) I will go to sleep rather instantly. Its hard for me to turn my mind off, so to speak. I just go and go usually and then catch up on sleep on weekends.

My problem is that if I have fuck all to do, I can stay up until 3am without getting tired at all.

But when I have homework or studying to do, I'm dead tired at 10pm and just feel as if I could sleep for the next 5 days.

My wife has always had sleep issues. I usually close my eyes and am out within a minute or two. Helps to have a clean conscience.

I sleep every night with the TV on. Doesn't help any.
