yeah, same here... it'll do that... thats why it says not to take it 4 hours before bedtime, or not at all if you're caffeine sensitive, and not to take any other stimulants along with N.O.-xplode

NO-Xplode gives me the jitters hardcore, my left eye twitches and my upper lip on the right side does the same, that and i can make it through english class 3 periods later wide awake, even when reading 1800's romance novels. Sucks ass, i'd rather sleep. The stuff does give me an extra kick in the ass, but ppl say i get pissed easily in the mornings idk if that has anything to do with it.

Protein is required for muscle growth. If you don't eat any protein at all, you muscles won't grow, but further than that, It's also a required part of everyones diet, a protein deficiency is bad for your health.

The more muscle mass you have, the more protein you have to consume to maintain it. So obviously "once you stop taking it" your muscles will start to deteriorate because nothing is feeding them.
thank you for saving me the time to write that

Thats a lousy goal (no offense) to be going out and spending money on a junk system (it is).

The direct question is "why?" If you cant come up with a real direct answer, then every answer until then should be responded with another "why." This is called root cause analysis.

A better answer would be, you want to get stronger, you want to get more dates, doctor said so, you want to get rid of this belly, you want to look good naked, etc.

After you do that, then we got a grounded game!

Joining a gym requires dedication to whatever "goal" you finally uncovered. I mean, you might have to sign a contract and now youre paying for something NOT found in home. Plus, I dont know about you, but when I go somewhere, I go there to do what I have to do there.

    For example..

I want to study. I can stay home, but I have distractions. Even if theyre small, Ill still adhere to them. But if I went to the library, I have NOTHING else to do but study. Same applies to the gym.

And for god sakes, you have eye candy there too! A good supporter if your answer happened to be "wanna look good naked or get more dates."

Creatine and protein is a good stack.

Stanger told me about Size-on creatine and i've been using it for about 3-4 months now....it's great stuff. I've been really impresse with the creatine gluconate over mono-hydrate. There's no bloating or excessive water weight, you can take it with water instead of non acidic juices, no loading phase, only 1 dose a day....and the mixed berry flavor tastes sooooo good.

I like it's delivery system a lot better also...unlike cell-tech where it spikes your blood sugar and then piggy backs on the insulin to get into your muscles.

yes creatine and protein is a good mix, powder is better obsorbed by your body, cell mass is a great creatine, basically when you look for creatine you want ethyl ester creatine as opposed to monohydrate creatine, cell mass, size-on, cell tech all good, and when working out and taking protein/creatine make sure you try to stick to a consistant fluid intake of water, you dont want to be drinking soda/juice boxes, your kidneys need to be flushed and the best thing for that is water
