how long ago did you stop lifting?
i find it hard to believe that anyone can stop lifting for xxx amount of years and still be close to their max xxx amount of years ago.. unless you're doing a very physically demanding job.
because for me, if i stop lifting for a couple months, my bench, dl, and squats drop significantly.

I did 275 once, which is pretty good for someone who has always been skinny (ectomorph).
I have been busy with work and school and haven't had the time to lift as much as I would like to. Not to mention that I was eating 8 times a day to retain my weight when I benched 275.

bringin this one back....
i have about 2 weeks of cellmass left and i was thinking about trying what you're saying (even though ive gained 7 pounds in 2.5 weeks haha)
do you really recommend a superpump250 stack and sizeon? or do you think i should just stick to noxplode and cellmass (price isnt a concern, just quality and results)

Gaspari Nutrition products are the best you can buy, and they are the same price and sometimes cheaper then the BSN. BSN gets a lot of sales because they are a big company now and they have ronnie coleman as one of their athletes. But the most cutting edge supplement company is Gaspari. The sizeon is better then cellmass is. It uses creatine gluconate which is the best available. You dont plateau taking sizeon. Whatever gains you got with cellmass will be better with sizeon. Superpump is stronger then noxplode is. If you use superpump take ONE scoop your first time. Don't take 2 thinking you'll be ok. Asess your tolerance because this stuff is strong lol I got superpump blue raz for 34 bucks online, and I paid 52 for sizeon at vitamin shoppe but you can get it for around 40 online as well. If you get sizeon dont get the berry version it tastes like shit. Stick with lemon lime, grape, and orange.

Since creatine makes your muscles absorb/retain a lot of water....does your heart also absorb a lot of water and enlarge? I was taking celltech for awhile but i stopped because no one could give me a straight answer.

well thats an interesting thought.... ive heard of anabolic steroids actually enlarging the heart muscle, but ive never heard anything about creatine doing this. biologically there are three kinds of muscle tissue in the human body, skeletal, smooth, and cardiac. skeletal is what you build up when you lift, smooth is involuntary muscles like the ones that line the digestive tract, and cardiac are, you guessed it the heart muscle. each of these muscle tissues are very different form eachother, so i really doubt cardiac muscle reacts to creatine the way skeletal muscle does. besides millions of people have used creatine with no adverse effects, and creatine is produced naturally in the body anyways.

but yeah i cant give you a strait answer either haha... the only bad thing about creatine i know i that if you stay on it for prolonged periods of time your body looses its natural ability to make its own. im gonna be doing two months on two off jsut to be safe, but the recommended is three on one off

YOur heart muscle isn't in the same loop as how your skeletal muscles grow ie testosterone, creatine driving into your muscles and muscle tears. The heart is exercised only aerobically. At any rate theres no evidence or known issues of enlarged hearts from creatine. I think if you read how creatine works it would explain to you how its pretty impossible for that to happen.

How the fuck did I miss this thread? My max was 360.
I am a strength trainer and I can provide ideas to increase bench, deads, squats, if anyone cares. Which they dont...
I am training again right now for numbers. For 8 weeks it was size. Just so everyone knows size is related to strength but isnt the be all end all.
Ever seen a guy smaller than you bench more? How about bodybuilders, ever ask their max? They wont tell you cuz its terrible.
