Or maybe just an old school meathead thread. I use all the main supplements, vitamins, Flax oil, Creatine, Glutamine, and Protein powder which I classify as food not a supplement.

Now that I am dieting/cutting I am using the ECA stack to help shed the bodyfat as ephedrine is not illegal here in Canada.

I tell you though for next years bulking season I will research human growth hormone as from everything I have read there is little or no side effects and I would love to break my plateau.

I think I will go for 300lbs next winter eating everything with no limits!

That whole BS with ephedrine down in the USA was a complete media scare after they found some in the Vikings locker after he died. He did not even have any in his sytem ffs.

Even your FDA knows it is safe.

i go to the gym 6 days a week. cardio 3 or so days. usually after lifting. my bench a month ago was 275, squat 250 and dead lift 325 or so. 5'7 190s.

nothing beats throwing weights around to change your whole outlook on the day.

I have taken a strength/conditioning class in school, we lift like 3 days a week and do agility the othe 2, i have taken it the past 2 years and have seen a tremendous approvment.
I am 5' 11" 165 lb 16% body fat which was down to 12% in december
Bench- 175 lbs 15% of body weight rep record 18 reps
    squat- 170 lbs
hang clean- 150 lbs I have a hard time, and have been working on power clean instead but am having trouble getting used to it

Cardio- um can't remember much like 26 inch vertical, and 57 second 300 yard shuttle (down and back 6 times lengthwise on the bball court.

I quite mt. dew cold turkey last week and switched to diet pops, and though i dont drink often I quit that too. I may start runnin some this summer, It depends how busy I am.

you sound like more of an athlete than a wieghtlifter.. which is a very good thing.. being able to usa whatever muscles you have it more important than just making them grow.. but ur body fat seems kinda high no offense... lately ive just been working on bulking up and once im at the strength levels i want i ill work on athletics..but i still play handball about 3 times a week

PS folks new personal best 225 1 rep max on the bench tontie...i was so pumped after i did it ive been working towards that for over 3 months

I actually have no athletic abilities at all, my teacher and I came to that conclusion last week when we took a day of to play kickball. The only things that I am good at are Hunting, Fishing and Pool. I good probably have been good, but I never got into sports when I was real young. but yeah I am definately in the best shape of my life and I am tryin to lose that extra body fat.

theres only one way for you to achieve athletic prowess. go hunting without a gun or bow......

and its not hard to get into sports even now if you were so inclined. everybody has to start somewhere....
