Toomey's are a top end pipe, fmf fatty's are what I had, they hit all around, strong in middle. Do banshee's really need any more top end anyways, lmao.

I like the sound of Toomey's better. Have you run both pipes smkn? If so was the power difference that noticeable?

Get those carbs on so we can see it run! I dunno if I'm sold on the boost bottle but if it came on the Banshee I wouldn't take it off. Unless its an FMF boost bottle, I read alot of reviews that said it rubbed through the fuel line and rubbed on the cylinder head.

yea boost bottle came with it...i dont see a name on it. its big and polished. and matches my polished pipes so itll stay. just for the bling factor if anything...should have the carbs tuesday. so hopefully i can get them on then...im warning you guys already. the bike is tore apart, no plastics on it, its pretty bare right now. as i was tired of hitting the fenders and crap like that, so i stripped it for ease of access on everything. but that doesnt keep it from running

got carbs put on today, had to kick the snot ot of it, and re adjust these new carbs, as they came from california, so his air/fuel mix was alot different than what i need here in iowa. once i got it figured out, it started up and ran pretty good on BOTH cylinders. it was intermittently dieing on the left cylinder (due to my original cracked reeds still) but once you gave it alot of throttle it would kick back in on that cylinder and run. so i believe i will buy more replacment reed petals and she should be set...it sounds pretty wicked. but backfiring also due to the reeds

it runs on its own. i just prime it to prevent the crap loads of kicking to get it to start, as ive only been filling the fuel bowls to get it running. and the fact that the gas tank is off too, so it doesnt have a constant flow of fuel. when it starrts up it will run on the fuel in the carbs, but only lasts a little over a minute on whats in the bowls... so it isnt very fun trying to start a motor that has the bowls run empty everytime..this is a banshee, not a snow mobile...this doesnt draw fuel from the crankcase. and id be more than happy to get pictures to prove so

got it to run on its own without priming it. checked my reeds, and somehow they flatened back out and their sealing again. i found this out AFTER i sent the order in for new petals. oh well ill just have a replacement set. still dialing in the carbs. but i got it to where it runs, and will idle on its own. still is loading up a tad. but like i said with carb adjustments i shoul;d have her purin here pretty quick. im uploading a video now, and my stupid ass recorded in the wrong mode so its taking like an hour to load a 1:15 vid. so ill get the vid up after i get home from work.
