Black- 2001 Camaro ss
..put a sticker on the bumper.."ain't that enough to make you six'".and below it...you should have had a V8"....just kidding..quiet is good..keep it original..more noise does not allways equate more power...altough it may seem that way..my 01 ss is all original, tires and even the original factory windshield wash...all I do is the oil changes..it has 15 original thousand miles..in about 15 years..they will fetch a mighty dollar at Barret auctions..

Black- 2001 Camaro ss
justinmc978...it's really hard to say what these cars will be worth..one thing for sure if you watch the "auctions"...the camaros are fetching high dollars..one owner cars with all the documentation, sticker price window sheet, build sheet, any and all related articles. ..videos from that era tv shows..are highly prized by collectors..time will tell...in the early 70's you could buy a 66 chevy nova ss 327 4 speed , 12 bolt posi (L79 package).2dht..for under a thousand dollars used..today the same car even in "clone" mode will bring 25ks and up.on ebay ....those cars don't even measure up to 4th gen ss camaro..I owned a 66 nova ss long time ago and now I'm restoring a 67 nova ..cars will change in the future..and certain models will allways be in demand for some reason or another...want a high dollar in the future? ..Keep 'm original....

Might want to heed his advice. My Camaro might be a V6 but trust me when I say the cutout sounds good on her. My car happens to have a Flowmaster exhaust system so yeah, kiss my ass. And no, in this guys case he should't get a cutout. He needs to just save up for a new exhaust kit.

I say leave on the factory exhaust for quietness and then get cut outs lol..
That way the next time they ask if it's a v6 you flip a switch tach it up and say, " you got any more dumb questions you want to ask??" Should be enough to convince folks you're not running an all iron 90...
