Does anyone roam around on HPtunerforum's? I can not open any of the files the members post. Files of the tune etc. I tried on another computer and it keeps telling me I need to find a device to open them with. WTH do I need to do?

my bad....I just went and looked and you have to be a current customer. You'll get an email if I recall correctly before you get your cable and it'll have your serial number that you use to log in with.

na, it's easy. You don't log into the forum....you log in from their main page and then go to the customer center. There's also a tune repository that has a pretty decent amount of tunes in it. Be patient young grasshopper.

Okay I see it. A 10 digit number on the back side. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't know that was the same number as the activation number.
