I had cinnamon apples and mashed potatoes. I ate at like 8:30, starting feeling like shit at about 10:30, then finally

at 4:30 am and have been ever since.

Had food posioning last week...SUCKS AZZ!!!!!

Last time I had it was when I was station in Germany...had a hospital stay for a week....lost 12 lbs in 5 hrs.....I know this cause I took a PT test in morning..ate something bad at lunch....next day the germans weighted me and I had lost that much water weight....no wonder I was so dehydrated.....

Wow...12lbs in 5 hours. :yikes: Yeah....they say to drink alot of gatorade to help get re-hydrated....quickly.

Yeah I drink gatorade or coolaid. Mostly becuase they taste almost the same coming back up. Water just makes you want to puke more. PLus I hate water.

I'm not sure about coolaid....other than they have great commercials...."Hey coolaid man!!" But stuff like "G" has electrolytes and that's what helps in hydration. But yeah....nothing tastes very good coming back up.

And you should be drinking more water normally anyway.

Been there, done that. I know it's tough to be patient when you have a wad a cash ready to spend. Just stick to your plan for what you want....you won't be disappointed.
