Did it work even a little? Like I said I won't go 25+ over as a sustained speed...so it'll slow me down and i'm sure i'm not the only one.

I suppose, but the whole reason is to 'save gas' no? Thing is, is that if it goes into effect, the cops are gonna be citing us for as little as 10 over.
