Here's the deal, setting up a payment plan is fine.........BUT..........lil' miss hotpants shouldn't get anything until you are paid in full.

It's like having a lawaway plan and this is no different. If she wants those wheels bad enough she'll have the means to make the payments.

On a side note, those wheels look like shit!
