I got the LED's from eBay, they were pretty cheap, since the install of the LED's and removal of the blueish sticker on the top area of the housing, I haven't had any build up.
I haven't pulled the car out of storage yet, but when I do, I'll try to take a pic of said sticker. It really isn't hard to find.

keep in mind if you change your DRL and tail lights to LEDs, you also need to change the flasher.. but +1 for just drilling holes
