does, did the same thing, three 1/8 inch holes, one in each 'corner' of the drl housing, not a bead of water ever.

Next burn out bulb change I'll need to replace the connector and do this.

KMdef9, I know this is an old post but I still have to deal with my dr. side tail light. Did you ever get the LED's for your tail light and if so, where from?? Did you ever take those pics you talked about?? What side was that sticker on??

I got the LED's from eBay, they were pretty cheap, since the install of the LED's and removal of the blueish sticker on the top area of the housing, I haven't had any build up.

I haven't pulled the car out of storage yet, but when I do, I'll try to take a pic of said sticker. It really isn't hard to find.

keep in mind if you change your DRL and tail lights to LEDs, you also need to change the flasher.. but +1 for just drilling holes
