Camaro vs Mustang VOTE!

Well I voted and I voted for the Mustang. I have been looking and think that I'm going to get a Shelby GT 500 when they come out. I like the history of the Shelbys and the way GM is going right now not sure how long the Camaro will last.

The history of shelby is go where the money is. It's just a mustang with a blower that can't turn to save it's life.

i come from the camaro and mustang uniting against ricers mentality to be honest. It took awhile but that camaro really grew on me, i think it looks really sharp

Well, lets be honest here, the mustang has won the fight.
Those cars have been in production for a long long time.

Because thats Ford's only sports car. I mean Chevy already had the Vette....Plus the Camaro. One had to go, or the other...Of course Mustang isn't going anywhere when it is alone in it's lineup within Ford.

neither the mustang or camaro are sports cars. They are called pony cars.

I agree that the '68 Mustang was the peak year. '64 - '66 not so much.

I once owned a '67 390 C6 auto. Fun car in a straight line, but truly a Fix Or Repair Daily. One ford was enough for me.

Chevy's since then.

x2 it's alot of fun to participate in the camaro\mustang debate, but in the end we need to unite in the war against rice!

And thus why Ford has always kept it reasonably priced. GM went to high price wise and looked what happened. It'll happen again this time around too. Crap like that is why GM might not make it

I agree. I mean not for nothing, but a ws6 in 01-02 was like 32k. Thats not a cheap car, not to me anyways. and thats 7-8 yrs ago

i have the original MSRP sheet for my 02 ws6--- over 40,000. my 04 4x4 chev truck was less fully loaded.
