I decided I wont go look for a fight with this guy, it'll get me in some shit. But if he "comes for me" like he has been saying and like I welcomed him to, I'll settle it then. So far he has been all talk and this incident happened over a week ago.

If he is enough of a coward to hit a woman, chances are he doesn't want a fight with you and is just trying to be a "big man".

I think you are doing the right thing

Kill him and freeze his body. Unfreeze and release him next summer in the San Fran bay.

Then get a huge window sticker stating in big racy blue color... ICE MAN.

Yeah you're right. I almost wish this would happen just so someone would put him in his place.

If you fight him - and win - I would bet he's the kind of jerk who will lie about it and get you charged with assault.

Face it, he can't take rejection from a woman so he will obviously look for ways to pay you back if you beat his ass (although I agree it sounds like he needs it).

Be the bigger, and smarter man. Avoid confrontation, but if he starts the aggression, make a believer out of him.

    Good luck.

Good decision. Just be cautious because he could be devious enough to have an alternate plan should you fight and prevail.

you're right... he should also have a back up plan...

go out and get some bear traps... and a wood chipper... some buric acid... bleach... coke acola (cleans up blood)... a wood lamp (to search for any spots of blood you missed)... 5 gallons of gas... matches... rope... trash bags... a rental car... a fake mustache... glasses... and toilet paper...

Since when are cops not good about that? My ex-gf told the cops I hit her in the head w/a hammer. They were ready to lock me up...till they saw nothing on her fucking head.

He's just all talk. He tells people he's beaten up guys twice his size before. Last time we almost got into it I could see what an amateur he was. He has that whole stance where he keeps his left arm extended all the way and keeps moving his right fist in circles next to his chest like a wind up.

Spaz I like your backup plan.

    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

you need to cut this guy outta your life real soon. Dunno how old you are-but a lotta good points brought up here...you gotta worry about yourself first. You/your car could be in danger.

Domestics are different but I've seen several cases of assault of women scenarios where the women tried to report it later on but the person was let go with a slap on the wrist or in one case even though she was telling the truth, the cops reinforced the fact of how much legal trouble she will be in if she can't prove her accusations (they stressed that fact so much that she was scarred out of pressing charges)

As much as I like our cars, they are not as important as friends. If I were him I'd be more concerned with making sure his friend gets out of this situation then his car.

I don't know how I would handle it from hearing about it after the fact, but that situation happened to me right in front of me, no words, no yelling, no pushing, me running over from behind, blindsiding him, got him on the ground and just kept pounding his face. I'm not proud of it but I did enjoy it emmensely.

    I don't have my T/A anymore

I am not going out of my to look for a fight with him. My friend has a heart of gold, she is one of those girls you meet that are just way to kind for this world. Like I said I'll let it come to me I wont go looking for trouble.

Better plan, plant claymore mine. Nothing like some C-4 and 750 ball bearings piecing through his flesh and blowing him apart. Have to use dental records (if C-4 didn't take care of his teeth) just to find out who it is. But back to reality, your being smart about it, guys not worth your time. If you have to hit woman then your pretty much worthless in society. It does suck it happened though.

A reason for that is the very real abuse of the system by women who are just looking for a way to punish a man (who didn't do anything physically to them) for spite.

Laws were passed, ex post facto, that have significant impact on a man's rights if he is convicted of a "domestic violence" offense. Imagine not being able to legally own a gun because a woman falsified a report claiming abuse and the legal system bought into it. It happens and it is wholly unfair.

Sometimes the "truth" is difficult to determine when you have a pretty good liar involved.

I think this is the correct choice.

Don't rely on police to solve your problems, either.

I realize that and I have seen the flip side of the coin where the guy was falsely accused.

In this case the guy who she was trying to report was already a convicted child molester so I was extremely upset when the police officer she spoke with made her feel like the criminal.

It's reasons like the above that sometimes I fully believe that you need to take the law in to your own hands. I by all means don't expect you to agree with that statement
