I like the 4th gen camaros, when they first came out... i thought they were "ugly as fuck", as did alot of people. BUT it grows on you, and with a few subtle changes they can look pretty bad ass. I hear alot of people bash the new camaro saying how hideous it is, but its no different then what happened with the 4th gen.
radical new design = criticism.
My comment was just for people who are bashing it, so they could look back and see what the first 4th gen looked like and how far it came in the style and looks dept without actually changing a whole lot.
Like terps said, people resist change... but GM has researched and planned this new camaro wayyy longer than any previous generation, if you think they are going to fuck it up - hell you may be right, but i think they have put too much time into it to fuck it up (shit they stopped making the camaro 5+ years ago, they could have had this 5th gen released in 04 if they wanted to)

1 headlight would of been good enough for me...but they had to put two on each side

Here's what else it looks like.
I think the body is close to the same size as the charger. That's what I don't like. The Camaro has a different grille and some noticeable muscular definition, but overall it looks big like the Charger. That's what I think.

I think most opinions will change when a freshly detailed black one on chrome rims rolls by and throws a rev up.

Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
i hate that from theres so much body. like the new mustnags and the new chargers... from the bottom of the door to the top of the door/bottom of the window, its just too much. its too tall. it needs to be narrower like the 4th gens. fron the bottom of the front bumper to the tip of the hood its like 4 times the length of an lt1 camaro and twice that of the ls1 camaro... i hope u all know what im sayhing and thats what pissin me off about all this retro stuff.
charger
challenger
mustang
gto (well completely new car anyways, but kinda applies...)
now the camaro? come on.... quit makin them so fat

plus lose the window for the rear passengers. looks like a mustang now. make the front end longer and back end shorter.
