    Ive the Co-way harnesses and wiring all hooked up and they still dont work.

    I am not sure what the co way harness looks like. Send them back and get some other hids. I am not a supporter of led gauges and there prices are a little to high. Good luck with your HIDs.

    its the Ballasts with the integrated starters that they send with the HID's its what hooks everything together

    The harness I have connects to the ballasts and the battery.
