It is not the fact you go to the Gym, it is that you are nearly 20! Your want to show your power to punk kids and to hot babes.
Every man goes through that! It is a great time!! It will pass! and it sucks when it does.
Keep working out, and keep driving the muscle car!
I quit the gym, I still drive fast though.

I go to the gym 6 days/week.
I bulk in the winter and cut in the spring for summer.
Never used gas but I have really plateau'd and I now understand why some go for a cycle or two as I continue to get stronger but gains are so hard to come by!
I was 225lbs today so I am happy as I have started cutting the earliest ever this year.
Dieting really sucks though as I miss allot of foods.

im 5'9'' and 170s. i used to lift pretty hard in earlier parts of high school but became an asshole and quit. slowly getting back into it. but i cant stand lifting just to lift. i was cut pretty decent but i always had usable strength. i guess my point is that i believe it better to lift with strength and flexibility that you will use in a given sport. seems pointless to be jacked and not put your body up to its potential. never did the juice, but my buddy did and he almost died. i told him it was stupid. he injected wrong. pretty weird when youre buddy's sitting on your crapper shooting horse hormones into his already giant bicep (19 inches.) the asshole is 6'1'' 240 and he thinks he needs to be bigger. thats a friend for ya...

i bulk non stop..or attempt to at least...its so hard to get your daily necessity of calories when im up at school and gaining weight is near impossible.. but i did start taking cytogainer with no-xplode and i gained about 8 pounds in three months. my body fat is always in the low 7's to 6s...as far as juicing i considered it too, but then i realized im not a professional bod builder, and i can get to the strength levels i want naturally, itll just take a lot longer. i am jealous of those big guys though who get on the bench for the first time in a yr and put up 225 like nothing...cough zboner cough...its literally taken me 6 months to get to the oint of being able to do a 1 rep max at 225....
yeah i dont go to be jacked, i go to be rediculously strong for my size....its kinda working id say im above average...i want to get up to 185 ish and then stay there... should take a few years lol

Not going to the weight room like I should. Still make it about twice a week. I cut my own grass with a walk-behind and that's about two acres. I walk a lot a work, but that's the total sum of my cardio. Used to play b-ball for about three hours every week, but we lost the gym. Hopefully, we'll get back to it.
I'm 6'3", 275. My goal is to be down to 258. My max bench is 385. I never could break 400 and my elbows got so painful trying I ended up down in the mid-200's before they healed. Now I'm good with mid-300's. I was raised country, worked for farmers, and that's a big part of the strength. Hauling hay and slopping hogs is why my arms are 37" long!!!
Here's my soon-to-be famous "man purse" pic (Easter egg hunt with my son).
See? I'm not kidding about the long arms.

I work out 3-5 times a week and my husband is an Iron Man but I don't think that what we drive has much to do with it.

Spaz, if that pic becomes famous, you'll be owed a royalty!!!
Bench is just one indicator of strength. I know some pretty strong people whose bench is much less than you would think. I also know some people who can bench lots of iron, but have no lower body strength. Movers probably have good all-around strength.

I agree. There's some guys who would kill me in arm wrestling, but standing up they lose the advantage when overall strength comes to play. I can post up pretty good in basketball. Too bad I'm mediocre at best!
I think Ronnie Coleman holds the leg press (full motion) record. Over 2000 lbs.
That guy is awesome. Used to be a cop.
