I dd A T-REX it has an awesome tune and pulls like crazy. I got all the valvetrain to go with it through thunder racing and it was from crane. I have been through 3 other cams before I went with the rex and the rex is by far the best one I have driven in.

alright man, i had a T Rex cam with GTP stage 2+ heads before i went to the 408. that H/C setup was a monster but you better have good backup parts (springs, pushrods, etc) and not a "good" but an excellent tune. mine made 463/402 to the rear wheels on a mustang dyno. i had crain springs on ther from my last cam and i snapped em. ordered a set of comp 921s from TSP.

Even though my tune was top notch and I never had a real problem driving it on the street (weekend driver)...the cam can be a motherfucker. no more even think about driving the car unless it's all the way warmed up or you're gonna think you're in a bronc riding contest.

another thing. reguardless of what anyone says...because of the powerband with that cam do not run anything less than 4.30s if you're an M6. i had 4.10s in there and it bogged. once that cam gets into power it's awesome. i ran a friend of mine who has an m6 formula with a lunati voodoo cam and a 100 shot and i smoked the fuck out of him. the car is dogged but still on the bottle he should have held. if you do things right you'll love the cam

    cam

I didntgetthe t-rex but TR is awesome about infofor cams and I think t-rex is streetable especially for a weekend warrior.Slap a goodset of heads on the car and it could vary easily be an 11 sec car with the right gear and tune. Hell I have seen people with dd run 11.8 with t-rex, heads and gear (obviously headers and atleast ls6 intake)

I will post up my #'s then. It should get dynoed 2 weeks after the works done so I have time to break in the gears. I would hope for close to 380 but I might not even get that w/ this ls1 intake! Yea well I will just have to wait and see.

I am going with the new ms4 cam and head package. I think I should put down about 90 more ponies with that set-up.
