That's not all that uncommon for pugs. My mother-in-law is a pug breeder. I personally don't like them too much, but she does so I tolerate them when we visit their house. She's had a few dogs that have lost their eyes like that. I'm guessing that your other dog probably wasn't all that violent (if at all) and would have just been playing. I dunno though. I wasn't there. Sorry you have to deal with that though. Seeing any animal in pain like that kinda sucks.

here is a pic of my one eyed cat, I think the best pets are made from the ones you help out, she is definately grateful and one of the coolest cats I've ever been around.

yep, she's just like a normal cat. when she first had her eye out she had a little trouble with depth perception, for instance she tried to jump up on the patio between two railings and face planted one of the railings but that was 11 yrs ago. she does good now, still catches mice and birds.
